The farm is our true love. This place is far more farm than hotel. The main reason to live on a farm is so we can grow the food we eat!

PushkarOrganic is a real working organic farm, not some marketing “farm to table” vapourware that 5-star hotels bs about. Fruits, vegetables, herbs, cows, goats, hens, fishes, on-site stone flour mills and cold pressed oil mills. Most of cooking and farming is how it was done 100s of years ago.

There is nothing complicated about great food. Our delicious food is locally grown using a pared back style of cooking. The very simple, age-old formula is:

Grown on our farm or nearby farms - this really connects you with mother earth and the animals. Example, a beautiful desi cow’s fresh milk becomes creamy yogurt (minimal cooking, only heat + starter) that tastes so good and is the best probiotic for your gut

Cooked right in front of you, and eaten right there and then. This is why timings are important, and enforced. Ideally, get involved: just watching food being cooked is exciting

The menu is determined by what's growing on the farm and we focus on the very best produce available on the day.

Food is from the farm and made from scratch and requires advance notice. And for this reason the timings are followed strictly
